Virtual Hero on a Real-World Mission

The brief

To help Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance change negative
perceptions of COVID-19 vaccines and encourage vaccination.

The problem

Agents of truth and fake news are indistinguishable, and often,
the loudest, most overwhelming voice wins. And in an age defined by
constant upheaval due to COVID-19, our target audience have been
left disoriented, making it the perfect cocktail for vaccination inaction.

Our insight

The pandemic and the lockdowns caused by it have driven many in
our target audience to seek refuge in gaming. As such, they’re more familiar with the abilities of in-game doctors and healers than they
are with the real capabilities of modern scienceand medicine.
